Yesterday I had the fifth day with smoothie diet and there are still two days before me. Yesterday for breakfast I had a banana chocolate smoothie with sunflower seeds. It was really delicious, but because it was a little more calories, I had to skip a later snack. For lunch I had a small portion of croquet with natural chicken cutlets and vegetables. Dinner was again in the spirit of smoothie and I prepared it from the spinach, banana, avocado, carrot and milk. It was delicious too. I must say that after those days, drinking smoothies is much better for me and I have no problem with that mushy consistency.
Breakfast smoothie: 1 banana, 20g of dark chocolate, glass of milk, spoon of honey, spoon of sunflower seeds > banana, chocolate, honey and milk mix together and add sunflower seeds
Dinner smoothie: cup of spinach, half of avocado, half of carrot, 1 banana, cup of milk > all mix together
