So I have a fourth day with smoothie diet and I'm enjoying it. Smoothies taste great and if I don't drink it all day it is fine. For breakfast yesterday I had a banana milk smoothie that was really simple and delicious. For the snack I drank store-bought carrot juice (300 ml). For lunch I had a meal a little harder because I was at work and I had meal that my grandmother prepared, beans with sausage and egg. So I took very small portion. For an afternoon snack I had a banana and for dinner again vegetable and fruit smoothie, it was inspired by the video below, and as I hurried to my friend, so I forgot to take a photo.
