Yesterday I didn't add an article of my third day of the smoothie diet, so I do it today. Yesterday for breakfast I had a carrot smoothie from pureed carrots, oranges and raspberries and orange juice. It's simple and it tastes really great. I drank it again for a snack. For lunch I had baked vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, cheese, olives and dressing of sour cream and parsley). Dinner was a test for me, because I drank my first smoothie of only raw vegetables.
Breakfast smoothie: 2 carrots, 1 orange and a few of raspberries mix together by hand mixer, add orange juice and smoothie is done
My lunch (I have 150 g of this):
My dinner smoothie: a few roses of broccoli, half of the zucchini, 1 avocado, half of a small cucumber, a small piece of orange, water, sour cream > mix together (I drank two glasses of this smoothie)
